Their administration, communication, professionalism and support was impeccable throughout the whole drying out and reinstatement periods of my home.     Prism dealt with my insurance claim for damage caused by a burst thermostat in the bathroom. They were very thorough and were able to push through the claim fairly quickly as I had arranged contractors to come in and repair the works. The lady dealing with my claim was very reliable, proffessional and communicated well. She was also very helpful further down the line when I needed documentation to provide to the Local Council to highlight the house was uninhabitable.

    Prism Network Ltd dealt with my insurance claim for storm damage to my garden wall, due to contractor issues Salihah Burgess was in constant contact with me with updates to re assure me that she was in contact with the contractors to have this resolved. This was resolved and although it took a while all has been completed. The contact from Prism and Salihah Burgess was totally professional, a few bits to clean up and Finnish !!! after contractors !! however all completed. First Class service from Prism Network Great commination. Contractor could have been a been a little more tidy when complete ( JD Pecula) however very professional with what they completed.
