Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with the Priory Wellbeing Centre at Harley Street when I used their services earlier in the year. Some of things that I dealt with included: - Having to contact the Priory Group multiple times to get information on pricing - Having to chase the Priory Group for information on invoices - After waiting a long time for invoices to arrive, everything was invoiced together and I told I needed to pay immediately for all my sessions - and the Priory Group used the discontinuation of my therapy as a threat for non-payment - I paid the Priory Group only for the Priory Group to not notify my therapist who then cancelled my session without telling me causing me to miss time booked off work. This was because the Priory Group forgot to notify my therapist that I had paid. - This is on top of the Priory Group therapist or the Priory Group itself not sending meeting reminders or even appointments despite me asking to do so. Having used services from a range of medical providers, there is a significant lack of communication between Harley Street and its users in comparison. I would recommend for this reason that people look elsewhere for mental health treatment.
