Vicky Johnson-Murphy heads the reception team for the psychiatry team here. Thanks to Vicky's tiresome efforts I feel more at risk of self-harm than if I'd never attempted to get treatment. Save your money, book an Airbnb by the coast or woods, these people are not "here to heal". I shared previous counsellor details and impressed how if they missed contact, the counsellor was away and would delay my treatment for over a month. They just tried to contact her 2 weeks after having this advice on a first consultation (via unlicensed Zoom - where I won't get the 5 minutes between 40 minute kick outs back) quite the premium service. I imagine the only bar they compare themselves to is the beleaguered NHS Mental Health facilities - they're profiteering mediocrity with a board and marketing team at best. Vicky keeps the call volume on the desk down by driving patients to despair. Bravo

Sandip has been an amazing support to me through my time working with her. I really feel ready to finish therapy and I feel like I have grown so much since working with Sandip. Thank you !!!!

The clinic's management was badly organised as misinformation and communication was constantly happening, they never informed that a late cancelation will charge the patient for a full fee, and they never inform patients if any policy has changed. It is a nightmare to be one of your patients without all the admin errors, and nuances, on top of which this is a mental health clinic but this is actually adding more mental stress for its patient. Would not recommend!

Terrible service. They saw my daughter for an assessment session, they said they could help her and made an appointment for the following week. 2 days later they called and said they could not help! Still took the money for the assessment session though. We went to the Priory thinking there would be a broad scope of clinicians so would be able to help.

Sandip was excellent, very compassionate and made me feel safe enough to make my own discoveries. She was very knowledgable and gave me lots of links to resources and worksheets when I asked for them!

Sandip brought me back to life! I have worked with Sandip for 11 months and she has been incredible through my grief journey. I cannot thank her enough for all of her support and teaching me techniques to guide me through my future. I feel incredibly fortunate to have met her & worked with her through the hardest time of my life. An emotional journey that she made so much easier. I will always remember my time with Sandip.
