  The reception staff and the people I spoke to on the phone were lovely the negative review doesn’t apply to them. My experience today with one of the ultrasound team (white woman with short blond hair/bob) left me feeling more anxious about the problem I came in for, she didn’t even greet me with a hello or how are you at all or introduce herself and spoke to me with no bedside manner. My questions were left unanswered and several times I attempted to say something to her and was simply ignored. When the scan was over she didn’t tell me what she had seen on the scan and told me to leave abruptly, which has honestly left me upset and in tears. I understand the pressure the NHS and GP services are under, however with my mother working for a radiography/ sonography team and discussing with her, I am fully aware that I was not treated how a concerned patient should be today, or any patient at all for that matter as politeness costs nothing. I came in for a problem which has been giving me severe pain for years now and feel as though my problem was not taken seriously and has gotten rid of all optimism I had when I managed to get this appointment.

  It's a great surgery just unpleasant and unwilling receptionists there.needs to improve on that level other than that the doctors and practice nurses are absolutely fantastic

  As a new patient, I have been pleasantly surprised by the prompt responses from this facility. Soon after registering, I received a call from my GP who made it clear he read the notes I submitted with my registration about my autoimmune disease concerns. He kindly explained how we would be moving forward with my assessment. Later that day I was able to book my blood work appointment, as well as my in-person follow up appointment with the GP to discuss my results/etc. I had my first appointment today and the check in process was very simple(automated). The 2 staff members I interacted with were both very kind. After reading all the horrid reviews my expectations were really quite low, but I’m thankful I registered with this facility! Here is to hoping the treatment I receive continues to be attentive and helpful! 🤞

  Completely and utterly useless. We are told that if we have a problem that we should ring a doctor as early as possible, a close relative rang regarding her issues over a year ago now, in the last three months all they have made available for her is three telephone appointments, which do absolutely nothing to help. They are constantly turning her away despite issues ongoing for a year. They use the excuse “she is most likely too young” and refuse to run tests or scans and say “it will most likely be a waste of time” and after several times being promised a face to face appointment all they have offered after a whole calendar year is another telephone appointment. 90% of these staff are lazy, have 0 integrity and are a complete and utter disgrace to the NHS. An ill patient living in constant discomfort should never be turned away, and to say it’s because they’re “too young” and “could be a waste of time” is abysmal. This medical centre along with many others should be closed down until they find a way to hire competent staff that actually want to help the public. I hope to god that someone reads this before signing themselves, or their children up to this medical centre, because their only solution to the high demand in medical care is to turn ill people away. This is medical negligence of the highest degree and on behalf of the locals and the public that rely on this service for our wellbeing, you have severely failed us.

  I just had an appointment and I tought that I will get listened to my heart, the Doctor listened for a few seconds and he came up with a diagnosis that I have Anxiety, he mentioned also that my GP Practice did everything, a lot of tests and they all didnt find anything and all is good but in my medical record stated otherwise, when you got a neglijence case against them they will call you crazy now.
