On both journeys bus did not turn up as expected . Waited over 45min on return journey. On outward journey bus arrived 10mins late, then driver got out off bus and left us standing outside for a further 10mins.

Lots of parking space. No signs telling you it’s free to park but it is free. The bus wasn’t too long arriving (15 minutes). There is a public toilet there which is useful especially travelling with grandchildren. The bus was modern and clean, and the diver outstanding: polite, friendly, helpful, informative. The journey wasn’t bad, a bit around the houses rather than a straight run into Hull. Drivers changed in Hull and new driver was told by the one leaving where to tell us to get off the bus, which she did. Other than the stop I got off the bus, and the one I saw the drivers change at I didn’t really see any bus sops advertising park and ride so I ended up walking back to St Steven’s in the centre. There was a timetable on the bus stop but it was too dark to be able to read it. I had to google it to find out if we had missed the last bus. We hadn’t and the ride back was also OK. I won’t park there again however because it is far too expensive. An adult and two children ((6 & 7) is just under £10 return . It’s only a few ££ in the multi storey car parks in the town so next time I shall park in one of them . It’s good if you have a bus pass I think.
