Seemed good was good on cressenor to start with. Unfortunately Alot of good carers left after home under new management only one or 2 genuine kind ones I could rely on remained. Unfortunately for my father he fell and died 5 weeks later he was very distressed and this was seen and heard only 2 carers seemed concerned Disgusting all the thousands of pounds and their was no proper care he deserved better and I'm glad his out of harm's way now care home management lack compassion and understanding I'm referring to the manager

Inadequate, not fit to be called a care home. I noticed staff of all levels lacking basic care skills, often oblivious to the unnecessary chaos going on. Elderly and vulnerable residents ignored as they called out and pressed buzzers, all it needed was a few kind words a bit of time and attention, assistance with eating and personal hygiene but it didn't happen. A very distressing environment for residents, shocking to see so many people quickly lose their dignity, from arriving looking clean, well dressed, groomed hair to looking so disheveled and uncared for, dirty clothes or even lost, unwashed, no dentures, unshaven, glasses missing, hair just left. We expected changes with new management but they also seemed oblivious. I have now read that all sorts of measures are in place to turn this horrible place into a care home but it shouldn't have needed the cqc inspectors to tell them, they claimed to be professional carers, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Just don’t send loved ones here if you actually love and care about them. My mum was cared for horribly here in November 2021 for respite. Reported to CQC and nothing was even done. Horrible horrible place.

Priory mews, mountenay house. Our Auntie was placed here after a short spell in hospital. What a dreadful place you wouldn't put a animal in there. You have to put a star to say anything on here. My star should be a - star. The CQC have published a report on 27 April 2023 PLEASE READ IT before you send your loved ones here.

Left dad and ambulance crew on doorstep after a&e visit. Evicted him while he was at a&e. Even though he had a clean bill of health! No attention or interaction given to residents. Can't cope with a dementia resident unless they sit in one place all day. Activities non existent. Manager lied to our face. Staff with bad attitude. Don't bother parting with your £1200 a week!

It seems to be a lovely care home shame about their HR team, asking for job vacancies, couldn’t be bothered explaining to me what’s available, my 2 year old was crying in background and was expected to go somewhere quiet and when I did he came to find me, the lady refused to speak to me about the job vacancies and said she end the call, inconsiderate people with poor customer service skills! Can’t handle hearing a baby/child cry, then maybe your in the wrong job dealing with vulnerable adults!

Care provided from Dec 21 to Apr 21 Couldn't fault the care provided to my mother Sandra in Beaumont House. The nurses are amazing and treated her with respect, dignity and compassion. They were also very accommodating with the family, even in difficult times with lockdowns etc, always making us feel welcome. Thank you so much. Steve Lewis
