Terrible terrible service. Appalling. Can’t get through on the phone, can’t get an appointment, don’t do what they say they’ll do. Constantly make mistakes. Fortunately haventhad to use them - but the one time I’ve actually needed them they were less than useless. I’m moving practice.

Phone system cuts you off after queuing for 10mins or so, it happened twice before I got through the third time. I politely advised the receptionist of this issue when I eventually got through, she ignored the comment and just said "What do you need?". Strong indication here of a system problem which will go unresolved due to a cultural problem. Definitely changing GPs

It's reputation for being the worst practice in the area is fully deserved. It's impossible to book an appointment. I tried calling in yesterday, willing to take the earliest available at any of their practices. I was told that they only make appointments for the same day and you need to ring or call in on the morning of the day you'd like to see the doctor. So far I've been trying for 20 mins and can't get through. It's a ridiculous system for anyone who works ....especially if you work away as I have done in the past. Obviously trying to drive patients to walk ins and keep their attendance rate high. Is this a measurement for funding? It's certainly not putting the patient first.

I've never really noticed much difference between NHS GP practices until I went here. And I'm sure for the majority of simple cases their polite engagement is adequate but for anything serious or problematic I strongly advise finding another practice or call 111. I have seen 2 junior GPs, very inexperienced (useless would be polite) and 2 'senior' GPs that either through incompetence or negligence caused a severe worsening of my condition. Minor problem, the only way to get an urgent appointment is to physically queue outside the surgery 30 mins before opening.

Sensible decision to have one phone number shared between three surgeries with no telephony system. Basically means most people never get through and give up and don’t get seen. Genius.

Absolutely terrible service, saw the doctor on Monday with badly infected eye, was told to go on medication straight away. It is now Friday, and after 4 visits to the doctors and 4 visits to the pharmacy the doctor still hasn't sent prescription to the pharmacy, absolutely shocking.

Absolutely awful trying to speak to reception if no one else. Tried to get through for over 45 minutes. Got through once and then it cut me off. If this is typical then it is not a service at all, scarily frustrating
