This practice would receive zero star's if it was possible. I had to wait 5 weeks for a telephone appointment, for them to hang up on me twice before I'd even spoken a word.I I've since joined a new practice and actually receive medical care.

Receptionist are not welcoming at all. Make you feel like you are a burden, bothering them. You will get ignored when standing in front of them, unless you speak up. It's a shame cause it really puts you off from even going to the doctors when needed.

Generally excellent service - online booking form is very straightforward to use and I have always received a phone call a few hours after submitting it. All nurses and doctors I have spoken to have been very kind and helpful. Getting doctor’s notes can be more tricky but on a day to day basis this surgery has been superb.

Always a good service. Helpful reception staff. They put up with a lot of grief from patients. Receptionists take the flack when other staff mess up things or forget to do things. I recommend this surgery at Cornlands Road. People need to think further than their noses. Medical staff don’t just speak to patients in appointments, they have tons of paperwork and visits to do. The public don’t see this side, all the extra hours they do and they care so much about their patients. The receptionists work under the guidelines and instructions of the doctors. #BeKind 🙂

This practice is obviously not fit for purpose. The clinical commissioning group (now ICS) must take immediate action to improve or close this practice down! To not do so is negligent and they are failing in their statutory duties. A 19 year old girl had died due to incompetence. Hang your heads in shame!! Stop hiding behind your masks and start doing the jobs you are getting very well paid for!!
