I joined this practice over 12 months ago. You are chasing them all the time meds not authorised. You wait over a week. My husband tried to make me an appointment several months ago for a nurse. To be told that he'd have to make it by phone how ridiculous. Very disappointed with this GPS useless.

Every time I call they are closed for staff training. No one needs to train that much.

They need to be held accountable for their uselessness, I am genuinely on the verge of launching a major formal complaint against this joke of a service. Systemic failures are clearly causing more traffic on the phone lines and more importantly health issues like my own, being left unresolved. And furthermore, they will blame the patient for this, rather than accepting responsibility for themselves like cough*Dr Susan Martin cough* who should be genuinely ashamed of herself for the way she speaks to patients even tho she is one of the leading GPS there. This is one reason why I firmly believe there are systemic failures, probably a hangover from the old surgery (which was a complete disgrace hence the building makeover) and it is now trying to move away from that, except it’s not doing nearly enough

Absolutely shocking service currently. Been poorly for a week, have waited and tried everything I can do for myself. Finally decided I needed to speak to a doc, completely unable to book appointments on the app- only blood test appointments available. Called this morning- to be told I was number 29 in the queue and was on hold for 1 hour! Finally got through to be told a doc would ring me back this afternoon. Waited and waited and waited…. Chased at 5.50pm as I still hadn’t heard anything to be told doctor was still making phone calls. It’s now 7.48pm and I’ve had no call!!!!

The best doctors’ surgery I’ve ever experienced. The checks are thorough and, even though they’re experiencing high levels of demand, I’ve always had any concerns taken seriously and been treated with kindness.
