Iconoclast Dreamer
Beware if your family are sent here, some of the staff have a poor grasp of English whilst others have an attitude problem and don't like being asked about the care they provide. Plagued by a lack of communication and miscommunication, messages are frequently "not handed over" or completely contradictory. Communication can't be trusted over the phone and they are unable to provide an email address to email communication - how convenient. When asked why patients have no suitable clothes and what their money is being spent on they say "sorry you feel they have no appropriate clothes, I can't answer your questions". They have to be chased constantly for updates and still fail to notify you of changes, as family members we have not received a single report on our relatives health or progress after a near 2 year stay. Apart from keeping a roof over my family members head I have no confidence in this organisation, they are only able to operate due to having a monopoly on local government contracts. I notice the previous negative reviews have also been deleted, so I'll be ensuring mine stays up and is followed up.
