Amazing - Mr Kynoch and his team were fantastic with my cat’s serious leg injury. It was a complex and deep wound and Boris the cat was an extremely difficult patient but we got there in the end, thanks to all involved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so annoyed. I booked an appointment for Reg my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. He was taken and then told he had an infection in his mouth. He was injected and the bill was £75. I then got a mile down the road and found his beak hadn't been trimmed. £15 became £75. Ineptitude?
