    Worst letting agency in whole Essex!!!!, Please just look at the reviews. The agency was very patronising. We had numerous issues from ceiling leaks not fixed for months, toilet flooded unable to be used for weeks. Property had damp and condensation issues and we where not informed of it , Windows had to be replaced. The tenancy agreement is a joke with T&C to keep your deposit even though we paid rent always on time and left property clean and empty they charged £750 for cleaning. We emailed and called every months to chase repairs. They don't call back. DPS will be on his favour due to doggy close on contract. IF you don't want to experience a nightmare and get your deposit taken avoid at all cost renting with them.

    Avoid avoid avoid. Don’t even know where to start. The First Lady we dealt with was amazing. Can’t fault her. Everyone else we dealt with was rude, made you feel so small because you are a tenant. Constant emails, can never relax your landlord says this your landlord says that, it’s meant to be my home and you are made to feel like it’s not your home at all. I lived there for no longer than a year and had 3 inspections in total, everyone of them resulted in my being upset because of comments made to me in my home that I pay rent for. As for the deposit nope they won’t give you that back either, if your willing to loose £800-£2000 go with them but other than that stay clear!

    Avoid like the plague unless you are ok with being a bullied tenant, treated with indifference & patronised; with a total disregard for tenant wellbeing, or that their rental is your home. It's all about getting in ££££, but not spending any on critical rental maintenance; unless forced to do so by the Private Tenant Housing Dept at Southend Council. Why do 99% of agents get away with it? Because they are not regulated, anyone can set up as a 'so called' Estate/Management Agent without being accountable, and so they only do what is in their best interests. Let my long nightmare, with this unprofessional agent for over 6 years, be a warning. If you can buy, buy!
