Excellent service! I ordered a print job on a Thursday night, quite late on. I realised I'd made a slight mistake and emailed them about that. Got a reply next morning saying that they will make the small change I had emailed about and by late morning I got the message that the job was complete and had been shipped. Received the item today (Sat) and it is perfect. So basically 36 hours between ordering and receiving it, and that was not using the courier service either. Absolutely excellent service and well worth the very reasonable cost to do so. I would recommend Printpond very highly.
