Aford Awards recently purchased a brand new Roland SG3-540 from the very helpful team @ Printmax. Their sales team invited me to their very professional looking showroom where they spent an extensive amount of time guiding me through the machine that I had planned to purchase. On day of delivery, one of their experienced engineers spent two days in our offices, firstly setting the machine up and secondly with a full days training. The aftersales support has been exceptional and if ever I am in need of material/ink/advice, that si very quickly dealt with in a professional manner.
