    I purchased college graduation announcement cards that came out amazing. I had multiple templates to choose from. They were so good and the service was prompt so I decided to try to purchase a sherpa photo blanket of our dog since my daughter was moving away. When I purchased it, they offered a second blanket for a discount. With another child graduating next year, I bought the second. While checking my account it looked as if I had 3 blankets on order. I sent an email to Customer Service through the link online. Just a short time later, I got a reply from Alan. He verified my account and was helpful in answering additional questions I had. I'm hoping the blanket is beautiful when it arrives! Great service!

    I received 2 high quality books from Printerpix, but the experience of producing the books and having to contact Printerpix Customer Services was one of the worst I have known. It started when Printerpix error messages kept appearing on my screen in Microsoft Edge. Customer Services advised me to try Chrome, but it happened again there. I advised them that this had happened 3 years before with them and they had resolved it, putting a note on my account and in their records in case it occurred again. Customer Services advised that the details had been deleted as it had happened 3 years before. There was no return call from their technical support team when it was passed to them. In the end, I had to work around the problem, using a small laptop and 'projecting' the image to my TV screen. It was very difficult to judge the size and quality of pictures and took a lot longer to complete. Then Printerpix error messages appeared that something was wrong on the Printerpix website and text could not be saved. By logging out and back in, I managed to overcome that, but what a faff! I have now gone elsewhere for my next photobook and I am unlikely to use Printerpix again.

    Last photo books I have ordered are with very blurry images, even though they are of high quality in my phone and camera. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Customer service did not do anything this last time when I faced the issue. I do not recommend
