I had bought some memorial plaques from them off ebay 6 months ago and they were good quality and i liked them, the last one they sent me had a chip on the edge, a crack at the base but thankfully i was able to fix it so it could not been seen as i wanted it for my cats memorial garden, i emailed Ravi and even still gave a positive review, i was offered 15% discount on next order. last week i lost my cat of 15 years, i emailed Ravi and said i need to place a order who do i claim my 15%, Ravi emailed me back and said place an order and will sort it out after. I went to place an order on ebay and ive been blocked from purchasing anything from Printed Gift House, i have emailed Ravi 3 times and still not had a reply back. The heartache i went through losing my cat and for her/him to do this to me for no reason i was appalled. Thankfully i have found another person on Ebay who will do me a plaque for my cat that died. I advise to be careful when buying from them as they will block you for no reason.
