    The machine wasn't even turned on. Just a blank screen. Already bought credits just to show up to a "24/7" machine that isn't switched on at 11am Following up on this review 5 months later. Needed to print something, trekked over to the Broadway and the printbox machine is jammed. Absolute waste of time to ever trust that these machines are ever functioning.

    Really slow, touch screen doesn’t work properly, paid for 5 pages to print, only one printed twice and the other four didn’t print because machine prompted me to make an account and when I declined it automatically logged me out. Upon trying again I made an account then lost all the credits I previously paid for and had to pay twice for the same 4 page document. Black and white options are not obvious and it defaults to color so at £1/page this machine is a waste of money. Looks convenient but doesn’t work
