I was not happy with the quality overall compared to the high price which did not reflect the price on the website. My banner had a large splurge on it, the strut cards were of a terrible print quality (the black had strips and was not a deep black)? But most importantly they could not stand up! I had to tape them together myself to ensure they could stand up - this was apparently normal. I also disapprove of the up sell to the designs which were apparently not good enough and needed redoing at an additional £50. This resulted in some logos being moved up by 10 centimetres…the material arrived several days late on top of that, which meant that it was too late for it to be redone. Overall I felt cheated and did not feel that I was dealing with someone who ok took any pride in their work.
