I've had good and bad experience at this shop. My good experience is with a staff called 'Jack' who is very professional, friendly, and delivers the work as promised. My recent bad experience is with a staff called 'Nathan' at this shop who dragged a simple print and post service for a whole week, gave me misinformation about the time he sent my post which costed me a long delay in an important project due to his negligence and lack of transparency. The Print Me shop offered me a refund which I appreciate it but I also advise you to clarify your deadlines and demands when putting an order so that you are not disappointed.

Very nice shop and layout. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Self-print machine needs better instructions. Don't bother using phone: user experience is the worst. Instead, put photos on USB for self-print machine.
