Rob is fantastic, he did a great job and my boxes turned out truly beautiful. The assistance the Rob gave is second to none. I was helped every step of the way. Being new to the packaging world, Rob made this a very good experience. I will use PCB for all my packaging needs. The print quality is truly fabulous. 💯 % recommended to all. Avoid this company, it will cost you money. We placed a '4 figure' order for a client, which was never received in time, despite multiple calls (everyday) and emails, no response. Then we discover the print is done overseas. The print eventually turned up weeks late for the show, the quality was appalling. The material had been exposed to damp and was falling apart and completely unusable. The overall quality of the board/packaging was terrible. Having missed the deadline and being such terrible quality we demanded a refund but they refuse to give us one. Lost £4k+ to these people, will be taking further action. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.

Be warned, if you choose a box of a particular size, and request royal mail letterbox size, they will ignore that and send you a larger box, royal amil will then reject these and charge your customers. The company will then measure the boxes incorrectly, buy not starting at zero, and send you that as proof. Company management will defend their mistakes and not willing to come to a compromise for the boxes you cannot use and did not order. Photo proof and email proof of the mistakes are ignored.

Do not use this company. I would not recommend using this business as I have found this company incompetent, unprofessional and fraudulent. After 2 months of trying to get just 400 usable printed boxes the company has still not provided usable boxes. I have had several issues with all the boxes sent. The first set of boxes had one side only partially printed which required all boxes to be reprinted. The replacements were a different colour and box type and had not been matt laminated this time. The third replacements had a issues with the size of logo on front and the forth replacements had 2 sides that were not centered. During my communication with the company I dealt with many different operatives, even though the Companies House information on this company shows only one employee, one of the operatives Mike apologised in an email saying he was "sorry for the incontinence of his company" which I do believe he meant incompetence this was a red flag for me at which point I began to investigate this business which is not based in London and does not look legitimate to me. In my 30 years in this industry I have never dealt with a more difficult and incompetent business as this one. I have flagged this business with Trading standards as they have not provided the product required and paid for and will not issue a refund.

Poor stock quality and printing not to a professional standard. This is an amateur operation and when i complained that the printing was off centre, they basically said so what? Reporting to Trading Standards as i have no boxes and no refund and the management (who all seem to be based in another country) don't want to know about it. Very suspicious company, operating outside of UK and seem to think they are outside of any UK regulations. Avoid at all costs.

Don't waste your time or money! I ordered boxes for my business on 9 Sept and 2 months later I'm still waiting. They wouldn't refund me when they messed up the job, so I had no choice but to let them reprint. They're on the 3rd reprint because they keep messing up...IE. leaving out one side of the box and just printing the other 3. They're in Pakistan and it's hard with time differences to get good communication from them. Its just not worth it. The delay has had serious repercussions on my business.
