Please could you return phone calls regarding my parents printer - Waters, I dropped it in a month ago for a paper jam error. After we have left several batches of messages to landline and mobile to no response, it would be nice to know what is happening and when we can expect the repair to be finished please.

Contacted Print Absolute using their website contact form. After a couple days and no response, I called the number listed on their website. Spoke to someone who requested I email him at the email address listed on the website. Email sent same day. No response for 10 days. Called office number several times without an answer, message left. Called mobile number reached someone. When I started to tell my situation our call was disconnected.
