I have to get our issue being heard from here as after 16month of email and chasing. The building damp issue has never be fixed or even Noelle is interested in doing the job to have it done. No response from email. No response from calls. No response from visit. Anyone from Principia marketing or management can see this common please provide the way to complain or what else we as custmer of Principia can do to simplely get buidling issue to be fixed??

Would no star it if possible by far the worst block management company we have dealt with, Simone and Jullian are two of the biggest liars and will feed you full of false promises. They also take commission off contractors as well as there clients so they make 20% off EVERY JOB!
