    Highly recommend! A good hour of guided strength and cardio circuits, set to music so the time flies by! Loads of equipment provided, such as ropes, resistance bands and weights. Different every week so you don’t get bored. All done with humour and encouragement. Great job Principal Fitness!

    Finally found a class that I love!! Great group of people of all ages and exercise levels. You get as much out of it as you are willing to put into it and walk away feeling accomplished (and a little sore😁)!!!!! Exercises can be modified for individual’s needs and Charlie and Craig push you beyond what you ‘think’ you can do!! Give it a try - you won’t regret it!!!!

    I’ve been to both the indoor and outdoor classes with Charlie and his team. Both are well run, friendly and multi level. You’re encouraged to get stronger but it’s not competitive (other than with yourself!) I particularly like the classes in the park and it’s keep me focussed and fit during a challenging 2 years of pandemic! We all need community. I’d recommend this one.

    I’ve trained with Principal Fitness over the past 8 years on and off. With a variety of classes and the opportunity to train 1-1 there is something for everyone. Everyone is made welcome and there is a great atmosphere in the classes , really relaxed and fun while still being pushed to gain results .

    I started classes with Principal Fitness in January to build strength to complement the running that I do and I have noticed big improvements already. The instructors are great - keeping everyone motivated and encouraging you to progress and challenge yourself. I didn't know anyone when I started but everyone who attends is so friendly and the time in class really flies by! I would highly recommend to anyone, whatever their level of fitness, to try Principal Fitness!

    This is a very friendly club. They get the balance right between pushing you but not so hard that it ceases to be enjoyable. If you want to be a body beautiful pumped up beefcake this might not be the place for you, but if you want to get fit and stay fit with fun and friendly people I would recommend Principal Fitness.

    I can’t recommend these gym classes highly enough. I have been going for over 6 years now and I still love them. Everyone is incredibly friendly and make you feel really welcome . The instructors are great and really know their stuff. They can offer help and advice on achieving your goals and set plans to suit your needs . They can also help with nutritional advice too. I used to find going to the gym a real chore and pretty dull but with principal fitness I look forward to going to each class. It’s great that you don’t have to think about your own workout schedule as they tell you what to do each class and the variety is good. They now offer both indoor and outdoor classes so there really is something to suit all needs.
