Visited the "Emergency Doctor" here for reasons. Fantastic, Doctor was so helpful and friendly and informative. Relieved because we didn't have to make the trip out to Addenbrookes. It's a shame that the hospital doesn't provide other services beneficial to many that would offset some of the pressures that Addenbrookes and Hinchingbrooke Hospitals are under at present.

Whilst on holiday I had to attend the above walk in clinic after a week of unsuccessfully trying to obtain an appt with my own GP, & local urgent care centre for a spreading infection. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly & informative. After a short wait of 5 mins I was seen by nurse Cathy who was thorough, quickly prescribing anti biotics with details of the nearest pharmacy. The service was first class & super prompt, thank you for your support & care today.

Seen within 5 minutes, x ray within 25minutes. Double ankle fracture splinted and booted. Kind staff who were empathetic, skilled and explained everything very clearly. A 1st class experience despite the injury. A sterling example of the best of NHS.

An under-used gem of the NHS. This is what hospitals should be like: Plentiful free parking; amazing, caring staff; everywhere so clean; appointment on time; everything calm and civilised. NHS please note: This amazing facility needs to be used more!

On behalf of my Grandmother Jean, This level of care, kindness, attentive and conversational nurses is a rare gem. My grandma came from addenbrookes to rehabilitate and start walking once again, the nurses and catering was top quality and I cannot thank them enough. The difference between seeing my Grandma slowly waste and dissappear from the sharp witted happy person she was at addenbrookes to being herself and so grateful speaking well of her time was unbelievably good to hear and see. Sincerest appreciation, Thank you.
