What an absolute gent. I visited the garage on a whim with a leaking coolant tank, only for John to explain he wasn't able to fix it that day as he was so busy. Although he was very busy, he went over and beyond to help me and gave me plenty of tips and advice which anyone else would have charged me for. I ended up sorting the problem myself thanks to Johns advice and he saved me a lot of money too. If/when I have any other issues with my motor, Princess Garage will be the first garage I call.

Took it to the garage for my wipers fixing, they told me it wasn’t the motor and couldn’t fix it as they didn’t know the issue. Charged me £65 To tell me they couldnt fix it and that they couldn’t diagnose the issue. I then took it to Newcastle (Bank Top Garage - where the guy genuinely fixed it for free - all he did was restart the relay). So i paid £65 for nothing - I would avoid this garage, I think they overcharge students in all honesty.
