5 Stars all the way Princess. Well what can I say, having spent the night in a hotel which quite frankly was shocking, I was not in the best of moods this morning, however I was greeted this morning by a lovely and cheerful coach driver Stuart, he drove me and my wife the short distance to the cruise terminal and he even included a little history of Southampton on the way which we both felt was a nice touch, The drive was calm and smooth and I know as I was a coach driver myself for 20 odd years before retiring. Princess Coaches you have trained this individual well, he is an asset to your company. and I hope to see him again soon.

I am very surprised at the negative reviews about this company. I have used this company for at least 15 years and have always found the drivers and office staff courteous, very helpful and have always commented on the professionalism of the driving. Unfortunately, it only takes one mistake by a driver and the negative reviews start coming in but how many people actually give a good review for a good service? Heres One. Well done to all Princess coach drivers in these ever increasing difficult times on the road.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My family have been using Princess Coaches for the past 7 years for company trips to various resorts and attractions. During this time we have never been let down; disappointed or even remotely inconvenienced by the team. From office staff to drivers I cannot fault their professionalism and dedication to making every trip a success! Would give zero stars if possible, rude drivers that bully and threaten other road users, even leaving their coach to open drivers doors to threaten them. Would never recommend or use this service. Management don't even seem to care and accept drivers stories rather than the threaten road users, makes you wonder how they would treat their passengers
