Took 6 weeks to complete wifes clothes and got the measurements completely wrong. Unwilling to actually help. Followed up by a further 2 weeks, making me collect the clothes from their tailor rather then providing in shop. Terrible Customer Service.

My wife and daughter ordered there eid clothes on 29.07.21 they said will be ready before eid as had 3 weeks . 19.07.21 day before eid visited the shop Stratford road 12.30pm for a refund the lady said to my daughter and wife your order is in transit and will definitely be with me at 6pm. They lied and are clothes were not there then they wanted to refund my cash payment for a bank transfer. Messed up my wife and daughter eid .they brought simple clothes as all clothes they buy need adjusting .People over 40 50 quid can lie when you was not sure why lie and cheat people
