Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton delivered superb care during our son's birth. Initial assessment at Broadlands Birth Centre, attentive care during a challenging delivery at the Labour Ward, and diligent monitoring at the Burley Ward reflected the staff's exceptional professionalism. Despite a delay due to staff shortages and inconvenient parking, the team's unwavering commitment to our wellbeing was exemplary. Overall, we highly recommend Princess Anne Hospital for its outstanding maternity services.

THE PIGGY PROPHET
I've been at the emergency room (children's side) with my 8-month-old child. We waited at the reception for 15 minutes because nobody was there, just to tell them that I was there and my child needed assistance. Plus, my 8-month-old child has had to wait 3 hours for the visit. When we were finally called, I said to the nurse, "Finally, after three hours," and in a very rude way, she answered, "You are lucky because in busy moments, children normally wait 6 hours!" Then I thought, "Well, that means that you are not doing a good job, are they?" IS THAT NORMAL? Pour kids, they are ill, sick, injured, and they have to wait for 6 hours. That's awful. I'm pretty sure that if the royal baby or some politician's son was injured and went to the hospital because he needed assistance, they would give him assistance right away. Regrettably, appears to me that NOT ALL CHILDREN ARE EQUAL FOR THOSE NURSES.

Today I took a daughter in law for a scan and check up since she's pregnant. At the reception we showed the referral papers from the Emergency department of the General hospital to a young man named Joseph. I asked him if we needed to go the level down since remembered that on the ground floor there was a unit for early pregnancy but he insisted that the process has been changed so we ended up waiting for a half an hour to find out that he was wrong. An indifference of the staff is unbelievable!

Short wait, helpful BUT please put list of departments in lift. I went to 4 different floors because I had to get out of lift to check what departments were on which floor.
