If i could give zero star i would have. It is not the medical professionals but the Reception, to be more specific ‘the lady receptionist’ who was on the desk today. I could not get hold of her name, but, my God! She is so rude and unprofessional!! I feel so sorry to see these helpless Nepalese old souls with communication barrier, no translator to help with which GP is responsible for, and what i got to witness today, this lady receptionist being utterly rude and had no sense of compassion towards anyone irrespective of gender/age/ethnicity. She was straightaway denying whatever this gentleman was trying to explain, she understood what he was trying to say but she did not want to listen and kept directing him to the pharmacy. Pharmacy are not Doctors!!! They provide under the prescription of the Dr, i wish she knew better the consequences of her actions. I felt i had to intervene and try help both the receptionist and the helpless gentleman, me being bilingual, but i felt she definitely did not want to help or be helped. I wish this GP practice would take this type of matter more seriously and train their staff to be more compliant and competent on their designated job roles. I work for NHS myself and i do understand the circumstances but this is something i feel cannot be overlooked!! Shame!!

Worst surgery ever . The receptionist will give his own view and direct you to the pharmacy instead of doctor without knowing the problem . Dr is never available in this surgery .
