They rented me Telsen Industrial centre for 3-4 years. I would not go anywhere near this company at all. They do not send invoices on time for the 4 years i been there. Yet if you late on your rent for few days they will charge you for it. They will lock your door and demand money. When you paid they say will open door but they don't for 1 more day. When you leave they will take your deposit and ask you to refurbish the place even there is no damage. I been there 3-4 years apart from standard wear and tear there is no damages caused. So be warned guys and stay away.
