Wait weeks or months for referrals only to be told doctors haven't bothered to look at your records or check why they're seeing you. Can't think of another profession where it would be acceptable to hold meetings so woefully under prepared. Attending appointments is a waste of time as the buck just passed to other departments/hospotals with no-one taking any resposiblity to actually resolve ongoing issues.

Been a patient for a really long time, doctors have been great. There is one particular woman on reception who is always unbelievably rude - told me this morning she didn't 'know why it was so difficult' for me to make a booking online. I have tried and tried to make an appointment and just been on the receiving end of her attitude. The last thing you need when you need to see a doctor, lets the whole service down

Just been to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist (so called Sam - if thats even true), a very rude lady I must say, couldn't ask a question without the woman flipping. Did to the previous patient and to me when it was my turn. I have been coming to this GP for 15 plus years, never seen the like of her. She seriously needs patient communication courses! A very disappointed patient today!

Pretty good actually. Despite the bad reviews I've been really happy with how responsive and polite everything has been. Registering was fast and they sorted out my NHS number fast. My doctor was great and made herself accessible for followup questions I had later. Good service all round, but they do have a lot of patients to see which is probably why some people have a bad experience.
