The building is beautiful along with the grounds and is a pleasure to drive up to every morning. The team are fantastic and the residents always make me smile. This was a change in job direction which I am truly pleased I made and am looking forward to many more happy years of working here. Along with my personal opinion we also have great benefits such as free lunches and snacks, higher rate of pay compared to many care homes, hapi benefits scheme and excellent training opportunities and career progression ect.

I have worked here for almost 16 years. It is a beautiful home set in amazing grounds. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to work in, the training is exceptional and ensures the staff have a high standard of care and has a lovely atmosphere amongst all the team who make it very enjoyable to work here.

I joined the team at PEDOKC because the standard of care is high and very person centred, the team are well trained and the residents are very happy! It doesn't feel like your standard care home, its a beautiful building with amazing grounds and a very relaxed environment.
