This was our first time in London and were very glad we stayed at Primrose Guesthouse. Lekha was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean, and Belsize Park itself was charming. Cooked breakfast was a great way to start the day of lots of walking around London. The view from the breakfast room too was wonderful. The guesthouse is a quick walk to the Tube and also a nice stroll to Regent's Park. Getting all around London from here was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Five stars across the board! Great communication prior to my visit and throughout. The owner and staff members were lovely and very attentive. Room was bigger than I expected so that's a bonus! I stayed for 1 night only as was attending The Rose concert in the O2 forum nearby, but would not hesitate to revisit even for a longer stay. Great location as well, short walking distance to local shops, tube stations and O2 Forum in Kentish Town + not far to walk to Camden. And the breakfast was ace!

Superlative customer service, even before our stay commenced an email with clear directions and transport information and a call to check our arrival time so our room was ready. Lekha is an amazing host she was welcoming, friendly and attentive Room was spotless and spacious Easy walking distance to many train stations and attractions yet quiet and away from the noise and bustle of the main streets. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order and absolute perfection by a friendly cook.

Here I hit the bullseye: The Primrose Guesthouse is located on Primrose Hill in Camden, very close to Hemstead. I didn't know the area yet, it's super nice with great buildings, nice shops and restaurants interspersed with a decent subway connection. The guesthouse itself is run by an extremely warm Indian woman (?). Furthermore, the room is clean, very comfortable and pretty with a bathroom with a well-functioning shower. I am very excited. (Original) In London finde ich es durchaus anspruchsvoll, die "ideale" Unterkunft zu finden, zumal wenn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ein Aspekt ist. Hier hatte ich einen Volltreffer: Das Primrose Guesthouse liegt in Primrose Hill in Camden, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Hemstead. Die Gegend kannte ich noch nicht, es ist super-schön mit toller Bebauung, netten Geschäften und eingestreuter Gastronomie mit ordentlicher U-Bahn-Anbindung. Das Guesthouse selbst wird von einer enorm herzlichen Inderin (?) betrieben. Überdies ist das Zimmer sauber, sehr behaglich und hübsch mit einem Bad mit bestens funktionierender Dusche. Ich bin sehr begeistert.

My wife and I received a warm welcome from our hostess, Lekha on our arrival at her lovely guesthouse. Our room was on the first floor with a view out over some beautiful trees. The bathroom was a decent size with a shower which had an excellent flow rate - we both felt really invigorated after using it! Breakfast was served upstairs in a light and airy room with plenty of yoghurts, fruit juices and cereals. The cooked breakfast was superb and was made to order so was piping hot. The guesthouse is very handy for The Roundhouse which is where we spent the evening, just a 10 minute walk away. If we come to a gig at The Roundhouse again we will definitely stay at The Primrose Guesthouse again!
