Amazing service! Ordered a personalized birthday cake 10 days before the date and all was smooth from the order to the delivery. The cake was delicious and exactly like the picture (Harry Potter inspo) - everyone loved it! Thank you for making our night ;)

Cakes are great but pickup experience was bad. We were told we can pick it up from 12 onwards. Arrived at 12:30 and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Waited a total of 30 minutes and they only seemed to start doing things again when I asked repeatedly. Cakes were late for a birthday party.

Cutest bakery in north London, so much choice on all different flavours! Will 100% return again for some sweet treats. Staff are really friendly and welcoming so if you’re around then you need to pay a visit.

I ordered some cupcakes from here about a month ago for a special occasion. Ordering online was a good experience however I was not impressed when I got a phone call the day before I was meant to pick up my order, stating that the order was now ready and they were waiting for me to arrive to pick up the cakes. I informed them that the order I placed was due to be picked up the following day. The next day I again received a message stating that the shop was about to close and that they needed me to pick up my cakes, an hour before the time slot I had originally booked online. They informed me that there was an error on the online booking system that was yet to be updated and that I had roughly 45mins to arrive to collect my order before the shop closed, which meant I had to rush out of work. Since this was a special occasion, I was already stressed enough as it was, but the service made me even more stressed, since I was worried I would end up having to place a last minute order elsewhere. Not good service for cakes that turned up being dry.
