Well I can’t thank the PURPLE HAIRED LADY enough alway kind and accommodating always goes out of her way to help maybe Elle it was attitude towards her…as I have been a customer of prime vape for 3 years and have never heard a bad word said so maybe think how you acted first for her to not be accommodating to you!!

Yeahhhh, probably won’t be going back again. I went there this morning to get some coils, was given the wrong ones so had to drive back from work. Then I got accused of “attacking” her (the purple haired lady) because I asked her if they could honour the same price of coils for the correct ones. Then, when she said no, I was told that “in her defence, I didn’t know which coils I needed either”… erm, yeah, I know, that’s why I came to your shop? All in all, staff are rude and don’t offer apoligises but if you want to walk out chuckling at a ridiculous experience, I’d recommend.

This shop has been part of Hedge End for as long as I can remember. Evolving from VHS rentals to DVD's. Then on to corner the market of vaping, while staying true to their roots of film's and treats. The transition from tobacco to vape has not been easy but with the aid from Rachel and her fantastic employees I have achieved the impossible! The loyalty scheme is fantastic as is the service and aftercare. Your not just another customer to them, your an asset.

Ive been coming here on and off for awhile now for vape supplies and can definitely say no question is ever too much for any of the staff when I’m buying, they’re more than happy to figure what’s best for what their customers want rather than just trying to sell the most expensive item
