  What a great company. Came out to price up the same day I called them and 5 days later the new boiler has been installed at half the quoted price from british gas. Lovely engineer called Fred couldn't have been more helpful . Very tidy and professional worker, highly recommend.

  They installed a solar panel system, for me service and installation were excellent. Nathan sorted us out with a system and installation within a couple of weeks, and the installers Connor & Pat where very professional and cleaned and tidied up before they left.

  We purchased and had fitted a Vaillant Boiler from Prime Time Boilers in April 2021. The price undercut many other suppliers and we were delighted with the overall level of service we received both from the office staff and the engineers who fitted the boiler. Not long after, we decided to purchase a service plan from them, and the price was competitive. Significantly cheaper than the bigger companies providing the same level of cover. Over the past two years we had a few occasions when we had to utilise this cover. This included an outside water pipe blockage, an electrical fault, a water heating problem and today an internal soil pipe leakage. When raising the issues, the Prime Time customer service team responded quickly and efficiently in arranging for a suitable engineer to visit us to fix the problems. All their engineers were knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly, keeping us informed of what they were doing to address the issues. The customer service team and the engineers provide a first-class level of service and everyone we have dealt with at Prime Time Boilers is a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Prime Time boilers quoted me £2k less than British gas, I was initially a tad skeptical of the quality of the work, but it was unfounded. My boiler needed replacing and moving to the loft to free up a cupboard. They ran all new copper pipes, gas and electric up to the loft, installed the unit and tidied up the old flu etc. Very impressive work and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

  Review of Prime Time Boilers & Solar Yvonne Whyte 3 reviews GB Rated 5 out of 5 stars A day ago Go Prime for all your Boiler and Heating needs I cannot recommend Prime Boilers highly enough. I did lots of research and had many quote consultations. But when Jack from Prime Boilers arrived he was so knowledgeable, friendly but professional and answered so many of my questions. No pressured sell techniques at all. Communication from Prime leading up to installation day was helpful and constant. Phil arrived as scheduled and installation was clean and very tidy. He did not rush and spent time explaining all the new controls. He was so kind and friendly and his work caused no disruption to our home or day. Old boiler was taken away and all registration of our new boiler was done by Prime to activate our guarantee so no confusing paperwork had to be done by me. Forget BGT, no not Britain's Got Talent.... British Gas Thieves..Go Prime..You won't do better.

  Had Jim come to give us a quote on the 24th of march, guy knew what he was talking about very impressed as gave a lot more information than the other companies that had quoted. accepted the quote the same day and had the boiler conversion done the following Thursday and Friday. Oliver the fitter was a great guy very clean and tidy and polite and really did a first class job. they weren't the cheapest but they are very competitively priced and I got a first class installation couldn't be more happy or praise primetime highly enough. if you are thinking of a new boiler giving them a try is a must.

  Thank you everyone at Prime Time Solar for such excellent and very knowledgable service throughout the whole process of the Solar Panels, from the quote to commissioning the system on installation. I have never received such service like this from any company before, well done and keep up the good work. The installation was completed within a day and the App setup for us on our phone and time was taken to explain everything to us about the system. very reassuring. After installation I received an email with a link to their website portal this enabled me to download all the relevant paperwork, from this I was able to sign up to an energy company to sell my excess solar power, shop around as prices vary from 2p kWh to 15p kWh. I can highly recommend this company to anyone considering having solar panels installed. It’s not very often I say this but I am impressed with this company. Having had some poor experiences with other companies I was lucky to find Prime Time Solar. Special thanks to Nathan and Conor. Thanks again everyone.

  Prime time boilers, we had two engineers Nick and Ian they were very helpful, tidy and did a fabulous job. Not a easy job as had to move the boiler to a new location, nick sorted out everything , and did a great job. Very happy customers
