To be completely honest. ... I assumed this building would be like any other accommodation, although since our stay here I've been made to feel like I'm at home. The friendly approach of all staff took away all Anxious or I had upon beginning my tenancy at Stanhope. Thank for all you do.

(Studio Rental) The accomodation has been great. The staff have been amazing to talk to and help where they can, although sometimes it does feel like tasks take a while to get fixed if needing an external contracteur to look at it, however staff have been very helpful and kept on top of issues. Main problem I've had has been with water temperature being tempermental but these issues dont tend to last too long now that they had the boiler looked at. The room itself was comfortable and equipped with all the amenities needed to make the rent worthwhile and my stay enjoyable. Furthermore, although I did not use the extra bookable rooms much during my stay those I did use were of high quality and easy to book. Coming from renting a studio at Catherine the previous year, although the room was a bit smaller here it had so much more to offer and thanks to the friendly staff and facilities my stay was great with only minor hiccups. If it wasn't my final year I'd rent again here happily!

Hands down one of the best accommodations The staff is very friendly and supportive as you get also the studios are very good lived here for 2years been the most luxurious time of life living here no regrets this place is really the best spot out of all other accommodations for anyone wanting to live here very modern flats
