Please avoid at all costs... they are a very unprofessional and shady operation. I made the biggest mistake and used them to let my property and not only Is the rent never paid until I have to physically call, message and eventually visit their office and refuse to leave until they pay my overdue rent, which can be upto 3 weeks late and even then they do not pay what they promised! Despite the tenants advising me them paying the agent the rent in full and on time! They also do not use the Secure tenant Deposit scheme, which is a legal requirement! as admitted by Amar Aziz himself! All I get is false promises and reassurances that rent will be paid on time! I challenge and really question the authenticity for all the positive reviews that have been left for this agent. I have personally witnessed many landlords argue and lose their temper while attending the branch and complaining about the very same issues I have experienced with this shady operator. They are not registered to any government-approved letting agency redress schemes, which is vital for consumers as they have been struck off! Therefore are not complying with the law and can and should face prosecution! I regret having ever dealt with this company and will be seeking legal advice to terminate any agreement that I have entered with this company. After a whole year of being messing around with delayed/staggered rent payments! Prime still owe me 4 months unpaid rent despite guaranteeing “12 months guaranteed rent promise", also promised to return the deposit to cover the damage caused by tenants, yet they have kept this also!!! All I can say after all the above is: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
