Worst Dealer Experience I've Ever Had Spoke to them early in the week to arrange a visit to which no one seemed remotely interested in telling me anything about the vehicle but I liked the car & wanted to at least give it a look over. Didn't even ask for my name on the call Drove for 2 hours & arrived to see the car out front freshly cleaned (and looked great) but was stood around looking at the car for about 5 minutes before someone randomly walked over, gave me the key & walked off again. Looked over the car, all seemed fine. Stood around waiting to go on a test drive but ended up taking it out by myself as I was given no help. Car drove perfectly for the first 5 minutes, suspension, steering, gearbox etc. can't fault it but then it turned sour. Flagged up a warning saying 'Restricted Power' & went in to limp mode. Took the car back & as I pulled in to the yard I could smell burning oil & could see smoke coming out from under the bonnet! Checked & oil was p*ssing out onto the manifold & burning off. Tried to give the keys back to the guys in the workshop who refused to take them, stood for another 5 minutes before someone actually came out. I explained the issues that the car had & not to be over dramatic but it's a bloody fire hazard to which the response was 'Okay' & he then walked off. Waste of 4 hours, wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. For reference the car was a 2011 Jag XK (OV11ZHF) save yourself the hassle & don't touch it. Disappointed to say the least but hey, you live & you learn
