My dad has a broken back and came in today for MRI. The letter said 20 minutes and he tolerated a severe pain for 35 minutes and the operator she was very rude with bad attitude! Who gave you the right to treat people like that? She also asked him to stay another 30 minutes! What a joke

I was going to be late for my appointment due to traffic/an accident despite leaving well in advance. There was no alternative travel arrangements possible. I called the reception and explained my situation, however, the clinic wasn't flexible at all. They asked me to cancel and rearrange it. Considering that this is a very typical situation that could happen, I was shocked by the complete lack of accommodation on their part. For a private clinic where people pay for a better level of service, I fail to understand why they treat patients like cattle going to an abattoir.
