Saw a dentist here for pain in my tooth. The dentist, after a cursory glance, said everything was ok. A few days later had an emergency appointment with an NHS dentist and I have a bad nerve infection. I complained to the practice (haven’t heard back yet) Very very incompetent dentist at Prime dental. I used to go more often to see Dr Farah who was exceptional but the new ones are terrible. Please avoid, there are plenty of good dentists in the area

Prime Dental responded with alacrity on Tuesday , giving my elderly husband an emergency appointment . Dentist Dagmar Davidson is always our favourite person , and as usual , squeezed our visit in at very short notice . Solved the problem providing instant relief and hope. Without fuss or bother . Pleasant, professional , this practice is within walking distance and has dedicated parking as well. We were NHS patients before , and sadly our government does not provide enough support to dentistry , So this practice is so longer on the NHS . But agreed to keep us on their books , and price was reasonable , We happy to continue With this five star practice. Thanks to Dr Dagmar and all the staff .

Saw Dr Simon for Invisalign and composite bonding on 7 teeth. Honestly can’t explain how happy I am with the results and wish I’d done it sooner. Simon was great in making sure the process is explained throughout and that we were both on the same page about the kind of results I was looking to achieve. He absolutely nailed it and would recommend to anyone, just check his Instagram if not convinced. Paulina’s singing is an added bonus!
