Totally unethical and unprofessional. Trying to charge me for a free consultation that during the same the Lawyer actually recommended I didn't proceed! Then 7 months later they stated sending threatening letters. Stay away!

Unhelpful and rude receptionist simply made a point of advising fees were £200 - £300 and advised I contact a larger firm and recommended Howells.. Although my daughter doesnt work I was happy to fund.
