I can highly recommend Mark & Graeme at Pridmore Cox. I required a RICS valuation for the Help to Buy redemption process urgently just before Christmas. Mark and Graeme went above and beyond to come out at very short notice and were fantastic. Since our chain has fallen through and we required an extension on the valuation report, Mark went above and beyond yet again to get the desktop valuation to me. The whole process was so quick and easy and I would 100% recommend Pridmore Cox.
