11/07 Asked to email which I did last Thursday 07/07if it’s been read I can’t tell? Again no response. The doctors themselves absolutely superb, just getting vague responses from reception in regards to results even though I’ve expressed my concerns. Almost sounded condescending when she said sorry.

Been ringing since May for an appointment don't know how many voicemails I left then an email and no-one returned my call. I am a new patient who's been reffered from my GP and so I decided to ring again and leave a voicemail then someone called me back few days later she was very rude saying we have been very busy etc. There is no reason for anyone to be rude, I believe we are all busy and I'm sorry it shouldn't take 3 weeks for anyone to return a call and all I got was you will get a text and if you can't make that appointment then you will have to re-arrange. I've had no text yet and if I did receive a text and I couldn't make that date or time how would I re-arrange it took you 3 weeks to get back to me. I'm a nurse so I understand what busy means but never have I left my patients waiting 3 weeks! Maybe a day the latest. Very poor service from reception team I now realise how brilliant our reception team are, how pleasant and how prompt they are!

During a time where government and NHS administrators are going out of their way to destroy the NHS, we mustn't forget, a fair percentage of professional doctors and nurses are still honouring their oath, and not a satanic promissory note, showing professionalism and care. Thank you very much for a job well done.

The most professional care and 100% commitment I have ever received from a NHS doctor. I cannot express well enough the beautiful attitude and courtesy I received today. Seeing countless people all the time this female doctor deserves praise for her lovely manner and professionalism.
