We had a flat roof replaced as well as a summer house re felted. The initial inspection was very thorough, options were given to us with full explanations and estimates for various scenarios. The work was carried out very professionally, the trades people were polite, tidy and did a good job. They swept our patio after completing the job leaving it cleaner than when they arrived! I have used this company 3 times and have been very pleased each time by their professionalism, quality of service, and value for money. They have put vents into soffits, repaired my garage roof and now repaired storm damage. They said they would fix it in a couple of days when the storms had subsided and that is what they did. I really recommend them.

Chris was prompt, answered all my doubts, questions, provided a detailed survey report, went a mile extra by accommodating the appointment over the weekend. This is despite the seller's last minute change by giving a short notice. Chris managed to do all these without any word of complaint.
