Although our transaction started to get a bit painful it got instantly better when Jason came on board and I thank you. I had a L200 to part exchange, was given a price on Friday, went to see a Mercedes on Sunday, drove 2 hours from south wales. When I got there I was told that the they didn’t want my part exchange, even though I had text him two hours before I left to say I’m leaving my house. Very disappointed, can’t say I’ll ever consider purchasing anything from this company. Buyers be aware!! Make sure you don’t travel too far with your part exchange. Can’t be trusted.

Brought a vauxhall astra sri turbo of these guys reported a few faults with it before I bought it and shiv sorted all the problems out for me. Very happy with my car they sold me.. couple of months later on down the line I came across a different problem with the car and I spoke with shiv and he was really happy to help me out yet again I took the car back to him and he sorted out the problem at no cost to myself these guys at the garage are really helpful and guys u can trust especially shiv top man..

They were very welcoming from the moment I and my brother walked into the garage and saw my little KIA - it's been nearly a month since I bought the car and I am absolutely in love with it. Roy, you were amazing, I had a few issues with my ID and you were so patient and determined to get it done. I would recommend these guys. Amateur car dealer, they don't know how to do their job. I mentioned since the beginning the car I wanted to purchase needed to be exported to another country in Europe. They were accommodating and everything because they wanted the money immediately, then they showed their real nature. They purchased the car from an auction and repair it and they didn't even had a v5 or an EORI number to export the car. The mechanic I've sent to inspect the car found out there was a scratch on the rear bumper and on one of the rims, and the toolkit was missing in the boot; obviously they didn't mention any of that. They made me pay a 1000 pounds deposit to book the car and I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get a V5. When they finally got the V5 they wanted to be paid immediately, without even letting me check the documents were all good to export the car; they threatened to sell the car to somebody else if they payment wasn't sent immediately. Once the car finally arrived here, it got stuck at customs because they didn't have a valid EORI number to export the car and refused to apply for one for free; they started lying blatantly saying they didn't export the car, but the shipping company did. On top of that, communication was a nightmare, they are understaffed and there's always somebody on holiday. They don't even know how to scan properly a document. Stay away and find a reputable car dealer.

Worst experience of buying ever !! Cowboys who sell dodgy vehicles not fit for purpose . My daughter is lucky to be Alive after been sold a car that had serious faults . Please DONT buy from this company , they are not honest and sell cars with serious faults . Also put into questioning their own Mot and servicing work . Dont fall for the warranty rubbish either as they are rude and refuse to cover anything despite what the policy states .
