    Would not use again, bad customer service in terms of response time (when they responded at all) and appalling quality of surveying, missing big defects. Would give zero stars if that was available As a follow up to their response, it is interesting to see that they are not able to contact clients directly. Really shows how bad their service is. With incompetence on top, reiterate advice to avoid.
