We’ve just had some bespoke wardrobes fitted in our son’s room. We waited quite a while for Mark to fit us in as they’re always busy. Understandably so, their prices, service, staff and workmanship are fantastic. They have previously completed projects for us and we’ve never had a problem with the after service. Absolute let down..booked a week in advance..booked day off work to meet them..but they turned up a day early, told me they were sorry for mix up and would come as booked. Never turned up. When I called I was told they had gone on different job. Cancelled all appts with them. Really annoying, let down and now have to look some where else. Wasted week waiting.
