    I don't usually do this - my life is busy enough! - but I happened upon these reviews for Prezzybox, which would have you believing the company is basically run by a bunch of ex-con scam-artist cowboys doing business out of a broken down caravan (intent on taking as much of your money as possible before disappearing to the Maldives forever), and I felt absolutely obliged to come to their defence. Now look, I don't know which of these reviews are true, or whether there is just some bizarre agenda here by a handful of disgruntled whatevers, but I'll say this: I have used Prezzybox perhaps 10-15 times over the years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I place my order, receive my parcel in perfect time, everything is inside it, and all is right with the world. I would not hesitate to recommend them and think it is wholly unfair that they are being portrayed as no better than a horde of bank robbers pulling off a nationwide heist. I placed an order just last week for a friend's upcoming birthday. I didn't receive an email to confirm the order (probably because I always check out as a guest) and so contacted their team, just to confirm the order had been received. Despite it being a Sunday (!), I got a response within 2 hours, so yeah, I wouldn't exactly call their customer service shoddy either. As always, got my package a few days back, everything good, nothing broken or missing, bingo! Wholly unfair bashing of Prezzybox on here and I wish the majority of people, who have no doubt had a positive experience with them, would pipe up. And no, I don't work for them, know any of them personally, blah blah blah. I'm just a guy who bought a lot of cool stuff from them and have been completely happy with the service, hence why I keep coming back. Oh, I almost forgot: Was once disappointed with a product from them (the shower steam tablet things that didn't smell of anything) and they refunded immediately, no quibbles. What an awful company!

    I ordered two items, one was delivered promptly, with no issues, the other one did not arrive yet (now past the estimated delivery window) and is late for the birthday it was intended. Their customer service is supportive in terms of resolving the problem atm. Reading the reviews, I feel like the company has issues with certain suppliers they work with, and some suppliers are not that reliable. If the gift is being sent directly from them, it seems to be a much more reliable experience. EDIT: It's been 10 days since I initially contacted the customer service. The customer service seemed supportive at first, but they did not get back to me to resolve the issue. Still no parcel, so communication and no refund was offered. Edit: A refund has been issued.

    Paid for next day delivery as I needed it next day. Nothing arrived, nothing to say it wouldn't arrive. Arrived following day, after the event. Refunded the next day part of my postage to normal delivery. Not the best service or apology for a company that sells "prezzies" to not take the events they are selling for as important. Turning up with no present and a lame apology...embarrassing!

    Family member ordered a gift for my birthday weeks ago still not arrived told her I would chase it up and judging by the reviews this company is a joke. Will be reporting to trading standards and taking them to court don't waste time these people clearly never learn their lessons. Have told family member not to waste time contacting them so I'm taking it above them straight away! Absolute disgrace that these wasters think they can continue to get away with this taking peoples money who don't know the ins and outs of scams! Done!!!!

    Scam of a company! I ordered something early December, was told delivery would be 15-18th December. Still nothing, when I contacted them I just get fobbed off with we will contact the supplier still no response. Don't bother ordering with them, really disappointed with their service.

    Returned item via Post Office recorded delivery as was received too late & ended up purchasing elsewhere. They received the item on the 6th December & have yet to refund. Have sent numerous emails regarding this including replying to their request for proof of return/receipt & still no refund. Avoid using this company like the plague. After waiting about a month finally got a refund but through PayPal no thanks to Prezzybox. Don't waste your money, time or energy.

    Order arrived but there were only 8 soaps instead of 9 in the individual soap box product. This was supposed to be a gift but I can’t give it with one soap missing! I’ve messaged 3 times now via your website but had no response. Just tried phoning and was told your message box was full so I couldn’t leave one. Not impressed.
