Decided to eat here due to the reviews and now we felt we made a mistake. The server for some reason couldn’t / wouldn’t take my drinks and food order at the same time and their attitude wasn’t great, 5 mins later they came round full of sunshine and rainbows and introduced themselves and took our order all while over-sharing how her day was going and talking about themselves. The food was bland and tasteless and the cocktails were just overpriced fruit drinks because they weren’t made well. The food didn’t taste bad it just didn’t taste of anything much. We paid and left a tip and were asked to leave a review. We mentioned the food was bland and the servers attitude changed again and the sunshine and rainbow friendliness evaporated. I would’ve been fine with the service as it wasn’t bad but like everything else with this experience it wasn’t good, the food was just like cardboard. I wished I had eaten somewhere else and had fish & chips at one of the many places on the seafront instead.

Booked a table at Clacton Prezzo's which was very busy due to people eating out after an excellent car rally along the seafront. The staff were very busy working hard to look after the customers, the food was excellent and service provided by waitresses was very attentive and helpful and made evening really special, our main waitress was Chloe but all staff who bought drinks to the table were first class, thank you.
